This is piece done for my alternative media class. We had to construct a self-portrait of sorts using image transfers and a more 3-dimensional surface. I chose to do a painting from a photo from when i saw 4 and the cut it up to construct individual cubes with images on the back. I've been working a lot with the idea of identity and in particular the fragmentation and destruction of childhood innocence.
