Finally finished the drawing today, it took longer than expected but considering how large and the amount of elements in it, I'm still pretty impressed it only took this long. Painting will most likely start some point this weekend and will most likely take the rest of the week.
I'm really happy with it thus far and want to continue to work in the larger format and in this particular style. The problem becomes though, where to put it when it's finished...

Current Project
So due to my continued unemployment, massive amounts of boredom and slight depression I've been doing a lot of art as of late. And by a lot I mean more than the usual massive amounts. My current big project will probably take over a week to do at the most if I can manage to keep up my current work pattern. I'm again working on drywall which is growing on me as a work surface. There will be three panels but the piece continues and flows into each one creating one large piece about 4 feet by 7 3/4 feet. Today I managed to get the first completely drawn out and have now started the second and smaller panel. Tomorrow/today I hope to get the rest or at least the majority of the base drawing finished.
The finished first, which is actually the last/third, panel.
The massive amount of work I have ahead of me.

New Project
I'm currently in the process of turning one of my smaller drawings into a large scale painting with a few changes in colour. Done on drywall, something I'm experimenting with-I still prefer wood although the surface is smooth it's difficult to maneuver as I prefer to work on the floor.

Drawn on outline
Current status-all first coats done along with most second coats, some colours need a few more, and outline and detail highlights still need to be done
